Logging concerts

How do I log a show I've been to?

Tap the search tab, find the concert by artist or venue, and tap the rating sheet. You can score performance, sound, crowd, and venue separately, or just leave an overall rating. Add a review, photos, and friends who were there.

I can't find a concert that happened years ago.

Encore covers 300,000+ concerts but doesn't have everything yet. Email us with the artist, date, and venue and we'll do our best to add it.

A concert in the app has wrong details.

Email us with the URL or a screenshot. We'll fix it.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap your profile, tap the settings cog in the top-right, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your logs, ratings, reviews, and personal information.

How do I export my ratings?

Settings → Export ratings. You'll get a CSV file you can save or share.

How much does it cost?

$2.99/month or $19.99/year. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, find Encore, and cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

I got charged but my account isn't premium.

Open Encore, go to Settings → Encore Plus, and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.

Sorry about that. Send us an email with what happened, what you expected to happen, and what device/iOS version you're using. Screenshots help a lot.
